Senior Dog Wellness Programme

Your Dog More Years

Want the Best for your Senior Dog’s Comfort and Happiness in their Twilight Years?

Say hello to canine massage and enrichment to help with mobility and brain nutrition to bring contentment to both you and your older dog with my 6-week personalised programme

I know you love and adore your dog and have spent many special moments together, shared your highs and lows with your best friend – they have always been a constant in your life. Now, you want to give your senior dog the best that life has to offer in his or her twilight years.

Canine Massage and Home Enrichment Activity can enhance your senior dog’s life

Imagine your dog curled up by your feet or on the sofa happy and contented, relaxed and enjoying their twilight years

Imagine knowing how enriched their life is and feeling proud that you are giving your best friend the life that they deserve

Imagine helping your dog with their mobility issues and being comforted that you are doing everything the right way

Massage and Home Enrichment Activity aims to enhance your senior dog’s sense of capability when they appear to be slowing down. Avoiding unnecessary stress on their older joints and stiff muscles. Avoiding avoidable injuries and decreasing pain

A recent client Brody was suffering with mobility problems, I am very pleased that our girl is managing so much better - here’s what they had to say:

‘’Kirstey was amazing with Brody, we were so worried about her slowing down and stopping on a walk. Kirstey helped Brody’s stiffness with massage and scent work and the difference in Brody is amazing. She is like a new dog less stiff and more engaging with us. Kirstey taught us massage techniques that we are using at home and exercise to help her mobility. We would highly recommend her, thank you Kirstey.’’

FAQ’S:

Q. What will I need for the sessions?
A. You will only need a few

items and Kirstey will discuss this with you depending on your dog’s mobility.

Q. Are the massage and enrichment activities force free?
A. Aversion training does not work as it causes more issues especially reactivity and fear which can turn into aggressive behaviour. I am a fully qualified practitioner, and all sessions are fear free, force free and kind.

Q. How will I know this is suited to my senior dog?
A. All sessions are tailored and personalised to your individual dog’s needs. I provide a free assessment to all new clients.

Q. Is a vet’s consent required prior to booking?

A. Yes, it is a requirement prior to booking. Kirstey can consult with your vet to obtain this.

Q. When can I have the sessions?
A. I try to be as flexible as possible to provide sessions that fit in with your diary. Sessions are in your home which is great for your golden oldie and saves you having to travel anywhere.

Q. Where are the sessions held?
A. In the comfort of your own home.
